5 Service Terms & Conditions

3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty within three (3) business days of signing. Written notice of cancellation must be mailed or delivered to Dever Pest FLA, LLC at P.O. Box 403353, Miami Beach, FL 33140 and postmarked or delivered no later than midnight of the third business day.

Authorization to Charge: By signing below, you authorize Dever Pest FLA, LLC to charge your credit card monthly for the agreed-upon service amount.

Month-to-Month Agreement: This is a month-to-month service agreement and may be cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, we will continue to service your home at no additional charge until the issue is resolved.

General Pests Included: roaches, big-headed ants, ghost ants, fruit flies, carpenter ants, spiders, millipedes, weevils, grasshoppers, and wasps.
