Service: Dever Pest Control will install and maintain In2Care mosquito bait stations at the service address. Stations are inspected and re-baited on a monthly service visit.
Pricing: First-time install fee is $50 per bucket. Monthly re-baiting fee is $25 per bucket. Minimum 3 buckets required.
3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty within three (3) business days of signing. Written notice of cancellation must be mailed or delivered to Dever Pest FLA, LLC at P.O. Box 403353, Miami Beach, FL 33140 and postmarked or delivered no later than midnight of the third business day.
Authorization to Charge: By signing below, you authorize Dever Pest FLA, LLC to charge your credit card the setup fee on the day of first install and the monthly re-baiting fee thereafter.
Month-to-Month Agreement: This is a month-to-month service agreement and may be cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.
Pest-Free Guarantee: If mosquitoes persist between visits, we will return and re-treat at no additional charge.
Equipment: In2Care bait stations remain the property of Dever Pest Control. Upon cancellation, we will retrieve the equipment from the service address at a mutually convenient time.
